ADULT CLASSES

Learn footwork, punching patterns, and combinations from Coach Chris. No sparring, just technique and a great cardio workout.

50-min boxing boot camps for adults are a great way to workout with others in a high energy environment.

This pass allows you to schedule a time to use the gym for an Open Gym Session. You will get 75 minutes to workout at your own pace. You can lift weights, and use the boxing equipment. No sparring is allowed during Open Gym Sessions.
